April 6, 2010 - Pre-Breakfast

Good morning!!! I'm up and ready to workout this morning even though I'm plenty sore from workout Sunday and dance practice. Since I have a performance this Sunday, I'll have to make this a strictly cardio week. I'm way too sore already. I've already eaten my one(1) granola bar for the morning, so as soon as I get dressed, I'll be off to the gym.
