April 13, 2010 - Breakfast & Routine

Ok, so I got back to my wonderful schedule of working out in the mornings, but due to my ankle and toe bothering me last night, I've decided to sit out the treadmill for a while. Here's this morning's routine:

30 minutes stairmaster
gum break - I totally forgot to put some gum in my mouth so I was parched by the end of the first 30 minutes.
30 minutes stairmaster
30 minutes elliptical crosstrainer (without handles)
In total, I burned about 1000 calories this morning.

Then, I proceeded to eat a granola bar before I hopped in the shower, just to keep my metabolism up.

And yes, I did manage to eat all that, with the exception of a small amount of pineapple.
