April 5, 2010 - Routine & Breakfast

Ok, this has got to be quick since I have class in 45 minutes and I haven't showered yet. I managed to fit in a full 90 minutes of cardio this morning. Yay!

5 minute walking warm-up on treadmill
30 minutes jogging on treadmill
30 minutes on stairmaster
30 minutes on exercise bike
10 minute walking cool-down on treadmill

For breakfast I ate:

1/2 of a grapefruit
1 medium-sized bowl of fresh pineapple chunks
2 slices of dark sweet wheat bread
4 Morningstar breakfast links
1 cup of hot lemon tea w/out sugar
