So I decided to start doing something new. Instead of telling you what I'm eating, I'll take pictures of my food! As usual this morning, I did my 90 minutes of cardio.
Routine
5 minute warm-up(treadmill)
30 minutes on exercise bike
30 minutes on treadmill
30 minutes on stairmaster
10 minute cool-down(treadmill)
