Sorry I didn't get around to posting yesterday, but it was a busy day. I didn't workout yesterday since I woke up late and then I had to get to class and practice, but I'm ok with that. Doing 90 minutes of cardio lets me be ok with that.
Breakfast
1 minneola
pineapple chunks
2 Morningstar sausage patties
2 hardboiled egg whites
2 slices of dark sweet wheat toast with margarine
Dinner
1 slice of whole-grain pizza w/out cheese
2 cornbread muffins
1 cup of salad (lettuce, spinach, carrots) with kidney beans
pineapple chunks
Snack
2 Morningstar sausage patties
